how a player's effectiveness will translate at the next level or how quickly they can contribute. This kid clearly has some chops and what appears to be a huge upside. Beyond that it's difficult to say or predict much. Clearly he needs more strength, but that doesn't always mean the player can't contribute immediately at the next level. Everybody's different.
