There are question marks every year. Now more with all the transfers. Last season:

Bilodeau, Clark and Dailey all became productive players. Kyle and Harris didn't.

Mara improved and Perry showed lots of potential.

Mack stayed the same and Andrews crashed.

So the chances are some will exceed expectations, some will live up to expectations and some will fail. You listed many players in this category and we only need a few to succeed. Dent alone will improve the team.

There are enough "knowns" on this team to combine with those question marks who are productive to have a good team. We don't need 10 or 12 man rotation. Eight could do fine.

I also don't consider Dailey to be a question mark. He averaged double figures, his rebounding and scoring rate was about the same as Bilodeau, he tied for the lowest turnover rate of all the main rotation players, shot 38% on threes and was in the top two or three in almost every advanced metric like PER, WS, BPM. etc. Defending a different position isn't that important since defense is a function of the entire team.

You also put too much weight on the centers. They are replacing Mara's production of 6 points and 4 rebounds a game plus a defensive presence for a limited amount of minutes. They should easily exceed that and free up Bilodeau from defending centers which could improve the defense.

Maybe they don't deserve a top-10 ranking, but they will certainly be better than last season.
