FG% and EFG% not necessarily a good measure of shooting ability

While it may sound counter intuitive, field goal percentages might not be indicative of shooting ability. Usually, most of the highest percentage shooters are big men who get most of their shots close to the basket which doesn't mean they are good outside shooters which is what good shooting is considered to be.

Kyle and Mara, not known as outside shooters had higher efg% than the other three. However, TB, SC and ED had above average 3-point shooting, so one could consider them good shooters.
