So are Michigan / Michigan State, Ohio State/Penn State, Oregon/Washington

Minnesota and Nebraska are the standalone outliers.. I think that's because they are closest schools to west coast, and there are 10 home and 10 away conference schedule. So it's one game trip to either Minnesota or Nebraska every other year.
