there's plenty of people around the program that think this won't work, but it's going to happen anyway. I too have my doubts the way things stand right now. but, I've seen players reinvent themselves. So, once Cronin has committed to this then it's up to Dailey. Of all the guys on the team he appears to be the hardest working guy out there. So, if anyone is going to transform themselves from a 4 to a 3 then it's probably Dailey. IMO he has demonstrated some skills already that will help him in the transition. The main problem for me is that increasing one's foot speed in terms of lateral movement is one of the hardest things to do and usually there's only a little improvement possible. And unfortunately that's probably the one main thing he has to improve upon. Fingers crossed.
