learned how to protect the ball yet. Grabs it and brings it down to waist level and from what I've seen of him, he doesn't appear to have extremely strong hands yet. I wasn't implying that no one tries to tie a rebounder up as it happens a lot. I was just pointing out that it generally only works on players who don't know how to protect the ball. In addition, with the way officials are calling things these days, players are at high risk of a foul being called.

That being said, I'm all for trying to take the ball from an opponent or tie them up. But I like to see a player be smart about it--and don't foul.
