if you have the PRIVILEGE of playing on a high profile UCLA team, your are representing the school, team, and yourself while in public. When you are on a low profile team you are essentially representing yourself. Basketball players have a responsibility that goes with their privilege. Punishment for breaking rules should be equal across the board, but if you choose to represent UCLA poorly as a high profile athlete, you are more likely to be reported AND you deserve whatever public backlash comes your way in response.
