Few coaches can surmount losing three players every year

Well, Kansas is a basketball factory which is loaded with talent each year. UCLA now has two players out for the season in October, which is almost unheard of. Plus another out for the next three months. Campbell was our only true point guard. There are very few great coaches out there, and the next three we get are not going to be great, either. Now we're down to a nine man roster again, and we haven't come close to playing a game. The whole thing is quite depressing, at least in a sports context. I was very excited about the prospect of all that depth and talent, and now the depth is gone, and at least some of the talent. Let's see if there is another major school in the country which is three roster players down due to ailments at this stage. Even two.
