Our starting lineup this past season was freshman, junior, sophomore, sophomore, freshman.
That's a young lineup, but it's nowhere near what Kentucky and Duke often have. So it's a little disingenuous to say that Cronin was stuck with a bunch of inexperienced players last season. Every team has freshmen. They don't all struggle like we did last year.
But again, my point was that Cronin's system takes longer than one season to learn. Even with these transfers, they're not going to develop faster than other players in Cronin's system.
To expect otherwise is setting yourself up for disappointment.
