... here long enough that I think individual season "issues" (such as classes leaving) should not continue to be an excuse. There is no concrete reason to believe that the upcoming 2 classes will necessarily fare differently whether it be "staying" or other related.

We're at a "bottom line" point in CSA's tenure IMO, and the bottom line is that we need to start accomplishing to expectations or at least once, perhaps greater than. To date, we really haven't, under Alford.

So, I'll split the difference, and give him this year to do something "special", and you're probably closer to the reality with 2 years unless he really, really tanks this year. But, to paraphrase a popular animated film song, "He got to move it, move it." :-)
