There are 7 returning Bruins: Dylan Andrews, Sebastian Mack, Devin Williams, Aday Mara, Lasar Stefanovic, Brandon Williams, and Berke Buyuktuncel. I think Andrews and Stefanovic are locks to stay. I believe Cronin wants Mara to stay. If all that is true then Mack, D. and B. Williams, and Buyuktuncel are potentially on the chopping block so to speak.
Who's departure would be the least impactful on Cronin and the Bruins? Considering the players' impact this season and taking into consideration the potential of each player and his possible contribution in the future I would say that Brandon Williams, even though I think he is a solid player in terms of having him on one's team and I think his game is solid, seems to be the one most likely to move on, although I could see Devin Williams being the guy even though I think he has a good upside and will eventually be an effective player. Or possibly it could be Berke who might feel he is being lost in the shuffle.
