It means jerk, basically, but with an emphasis on clueless, brainless, "dumb as a bag of hammers", ie, tools. "Truk"'s main schtick, if you will, seems to be to be an over-the-top jerk, himself. It would help the rest of us out, though, if you would accede to the request to combine some of your portal-announcement posts into one. It is rather annoying how they push the rest of the posts back to the second page. Otherwise, thanks!
