You can't coach that. The guy has freakish talent for his size. One in millions.

There are about 30 million people in the U.S. who play basketball. But FIBA, basketball's governing body estimates that least 450 million people worldwide are playing basketball today .

Simple probabilities. Someone like that is much more likely to come from outside the U.S.
