resistance though. The most athletic women players I've seen seem to be the smaller, quicker guards. Some even have pretty nice jump shots off of the bounce. But still, not at the level as very athletic male players.
I've seen many females who have better shot mechanics and are better shooters (when open) and better free throw shooters than a lot of very good male athletes. But where they fall short of their male counterparts is in the size, strength and athletic categories. That shouldn't be controversial.
