personally, I think that including players 6,7,8 might move the needle down a little. But, I sure.as.hell. am not going to spend my time doing that.
For me, I find it eye opening, that average level of experience of the starting 5's (the most important players, with few exceptions), of the first four into the elite 8 is just about 4 years. To me, that says a lot. Almost equally amazing to me is that there isn't a freshman starter on any of the four teams. It's a small sample size, but I'll re-do this tomorrow. And, if anything close to this pattern holds true for the next 4 teams, to me, that says a LOT.
