the Bruins really had it going there, got a three point lead. But they caused a Creighton miss then lost the RB when they were two on one for the ball - Creighton players really hustle all over the court - and that led to a second chance three to tie the game. Bruins had last possession, got it to Betts underneath but she brought the ball down trying to maneuver against three defenders for the quarter closing basket and had her pocket picked. Pretty frustrating.
So now comes Q4 - if UCLA can maintain our momentum - follow Rice's lead - she had 13 in the third quarter now has 20 overall. The team of Rice and Jaquez are going to be something else next season (they're pretty darn good this season already). Add Betts - assuming she stops bringing the ball down to get it stolen - just did it again to open Q4 - UCLA ought to win this game
