Good recruiter but not a good coach.

Either Arizona regressed during the year or other teams just got better and Arizona didn't.

They certainly aren't playing better than they did the first 10 games of the year.

I am sure if Cronin had Lloyds team, they would have gotten the #1 seed in the West.
