I've seen Omoruyi play probably 10 times over the past 2 years and although as you say, he may not be as explosive as Bona. But from what I've seen of him, he is pretty close. I believe either he or Bona could play a PF position knowing that neither has a mid range or perimeter game yet. But I'll bet it would work, particularly on D and in the rebounding department. Omoruyi is a legit 6'11 but I'm not convinced that Bona is as tall as listed. Last year, I've read that he measured only a little over 6'8 in the a draft evaluation. But that's not a problem because with his extreme athleticism and hops, he more than makes up for it.
It's fun speculating and doing some "pretend recruiting" though--and adds a little extra interest this time of the year and especially so since the Bruins aren't in any tournament.
