Time for the annual contest to predict next season's starting lineup. The original purpose was to demonstrate the futility of all the "Next Year's Starting Lineup" posts that always appear beginning soon after the season ends. But nobody really knows as only a handful of entrants usually even get four correct.
Last year, we had to run two contests: one before we knew about any of the International players and one after. The winners of each received a nice prize.
The entry deadline is flexible, but it may automatically end retroactive to before any announcement of a major commit, early NBA entry or transfer in or out. So there is no advantage to waiting because it might be too late for your entry. No disadvantage for sending it in early entry because you can always send in a revised entry any time before the contest closes. Also, the last tiebreaker is the earliest entry.
To enter, fill out the form below and designate your five starters in the first regular season game against a Division I opponent, the high scorer and his point total. If you think we will be signing a new player that might start that isn't listed, then check one of the "Other" boxes.
Be sure to enter your name. Please use your board moniker rather than your real name. Those not registered on Bruinzone are not eligible to enter. There will be a prize for the winner, so if you want to be eligible for this prize, enter an email address. It will only be used to contact you in the unlikely event you win. Also, do not omit the high scorer and his total as several do each year.
